Balwin Fibre enables its staff to effortlessly edit, manage, and
create internet access for its many residents.

I was part of the team at Dotslash that successfully helped rebuild the Balwin Fibre platform from the ground up. Our focus was on making data more accessible at specific times when needed.

Goal

Update the look and feel with its new branding across the Balwin brand.

Collaborate with the Balwin team to ensure that all the needs are met

Create mockup and prototype to validate ideas before getting them to development

Challenges

Due to the inherent complex system of the platform, we needed to ensure that all vital information on the page is clear, and all tasks are easily learnable and understandable.

To achieve this, we have created a simple design system that will enforce all elements to look and operate the same way. With this in place, we create a sense of familiarity and learnability with the user once they have used the platform a few times.

and with some assistant from an A.I robot to iterate ideas and check his copy.
